Fitting in time to work out What motivated you to stay on the course? Knowing that I had to weigh in and be accountable. I loved that part Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, absolutely. I learned to eat proper (smaller) portion sizes and to increase protein and veggies. I also learned to drink tons of water and cut out soda but realize that I can drink unsweet tea and be satisfied. I have also learned what "good and appropriate” snacks are. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Starting with one day and it is better than not starting. Be consistent was the key for me. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I decided long before I agreed with myself to start this journey, that I would make this a lifestyle change forever. I want to live as long as possible and as healthy as possible. |
