What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was getting rid of some bad habits like drinking soda and depending on fast food for lunch and sometimes dinner too.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I really wanted to fit again in my old skinny clothes! I felt great when I was more fit. I miss that. I used to be able to do things after a long day of work, but then, with the extra weight, I felt that I am barely able to finish my day at work so I can go home and crash.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
One of the first things I started with was cutting out soda. What a difference this makes. I didn’t realize how much calories I was ingesting by just drinking soda.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Challenge yourself! You do it anyway at work by trying everyday to do better at what you do, so why not apply the same principal to your own body?
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I am so proud of myself. I accomplished this with hard work and I don’t want to stop now. Watch me again after I finish the second phase!
