Improvement: 20+ lbs Weight Loss Time: 3 months Program: 2015 Total Transformation Challenge - Summer Edition What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? My biggest challenge was discipline, both in diet and in exercise. I knew I could do it, but at first I procrastinated. Once I set my mind on it, it was easy cruising. To exercise, I needed to do it before starting my day. It was almost impossible, so I started going to bed an hour earlier so I can get up an hour earlier. This seemed to work fine. Now, if I don’t get my morning exercise is like missing my coffee. My day is not right until it’s done! What motivated you to stay on the course? What motivated me was having more energy and seeing that my clothes are fitting better. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Not much really. I would say more portion control and less carbs. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? My advice to others is just don’t quit if things are not going well at first. If you really want it, then it will get easier every week! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I am more aware of what I am eating and what exercises I am doing every day. As I said, I don’t feel right if I don’t exercise and that is a great way to go forward. |
