Myself, I did not push myself enough.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
My family, my husband is very supportive.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes I now eat breakfast every day, I eat a lot of vegetables, having fish more often and finding new ways to create healthy meals. My grill is getting a work out as well with this change in diet. The program has some delicious recipes that I have used often, especially breakfast as this was the hardest meal for me. Never knew I liked oatmeal!!
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
It is very hard and easy to get distracted with the other things going on in our lives but if you stop just go back and start again. When I did this I felt so much better about myself. You might not be able to see any difference in how I look but I know that I feel better.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
This has taught me that I can do something to change how I feel about myself even as I said others may not see it but I feel better about myself and I am happier. I will keep walking and will do my best not to fall back into my old eating habits.
