Take time to do my routine every day. Build good habits and change my bad habits for new ones. What motivated you to stay on the course? My motivation is to lose weight to feel better every day with more energy and manage my stress. My family is my motivation too. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, I changed my diet. I started cooking my own food and divided it into small portions. I included more vegetables, fruits, and proteins. I also added more than 3 meals a day. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? The goals are difficult but the results are very satisfying. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I'm going to live a healthier life and I’m going to continue my good habits to look better not only on the outside but also in the inside. |
