What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My struggle with weight loss has been an ongoing issue for most of my life. It is not that I was not active, because I always was. In addition, I tried hard to get to the gym but sometimes it’s hard to fit into my work schedule. I knew if I got there at times I would be able to finish the challenge.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I want to be physically fit and finally look good enough to wear a 2-piece bathing suit. I mean come on! We live in Florida!
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
My vice has always been sweets, I love them. That was by far the hardest part of this, giving up sweets. I cannot say I was perfect, I still "cheated." but in moderation.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Give it a try. You will be amazed how much you can improve and change.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
At the end of the 12 weeks, I am stronger, healthier and will continue with this. I can not skip back into my bad habits after all that I have put in.
