Name: S. Barker
Improvement: Improved Strength
Time: 3 months
Program: 2016 Total Transformation Challenge

What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
I'm a Traveler and was so excited to realize in my orientation that I could work out during my stay and it was free. My goal for this challenge was to get into better habits of being overall healthier person and work on my strength. The biggest challenge was as for many, the eating habits. I have a bad habit of eating late and I love my candy/sweets.

What motivated you to stay on the course?
Rami was able to help in this manner to guide me and I was able to take it from there. For me this is still an ongoing process.
To be able to stay on the course I need to be challenged with different exercises or I would get "bored". That I found in this challenge because Rami always had something fun and different and each program took 30-45 min. I work a lot and I don't have a lot of time to stay in the gym.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I started getting back to my eating habits. I substituted my sugar cravings to berries and some nuts, and now trying to eat less at night, making it my extra meal instead of main meal. I always try to eat something before I run off to work in the mornings so now my coffee is a beverage instead of being my breakfast.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
My advice to others: I always try to have fun.

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I hope this experience has made me wiser. I know better ways of working out, I got tools from Rami's website about different foods. I learned a lot from this experience. I will take with me and hope I will continue reaching my fitness goals.
