My biggest challenge was staying focused and meeting the weekly goals. I knew that I would have no problems for the first couple of weeks but the question was if I could maintain the desire to complete the program.
Besides the initial desire to lose weight I want to look and feel better. And then, I guess I'm just plain stubborn. Every week when the weekly goals came out I knew I had to meet or better what you were asking for.
There is no question that my diet changed. I think I am eating much healthier now. I have cut portion size and lowered my carb intake. I try to have a minimum of carbs at dinner (of course not having desert is killing me) and have eliminated after dinner snacks.
My advise to others looking for the same results that I obtained would be to follow the program. There is no need to starve yourself or go crazy with the weight training. Just follow the instructions received every week.
Going forward I am going to do just what I have been doing since the start of the program. I also know that I will slip from time to time and eat what I shouldn't and not keep up with the exercises, but I know it will only be a slip and I will continue with my new life style.
