My biggest challenge was getting started going to the gym. I would come up with every excuse to delay the process. One day Rami came to my office and advised me to use my break time and attend for even 20 minutes. I thought about it and told myself that I can do it. This is when I got real serious. What motivated you to stay on the course? My children and our trainer. My kids at home helped me stay focus on making healthier food choices. Our Trainer at the EWC helped me stay focused on my exercises and coming back for the weigh-ins. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes! Less meat, more fish & vegetables, less salt & sugar, no soda & sugar drinks and lots of water. I tell myself never give up I am worth it. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? You don’t need to spend hours in the gym. If I could do it with only 20 minutes a day, then you can definitely do it too. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I am planning on continuing what I started. I feel great and I want to feel like this always. |
