What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
One of my biggest challenges was making it a point to show up at the gym after work on a regular basis and not just when I felt like I needed to work out. Another challenge was to work on my diet. Although I felt that my diet was quite healthy I know that I have a sweet tooth and it was not helping me in terms of losing weight and body fat.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I wanted to be as healthy and strong as I can be, and it does not matter how old you are.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes, I cut out yogurts with high sugar content including Greek yogurts with fruit on the bottom for breakfast. I now eat only plain yogurts and add fresh fruit. I make lunch the biggest meal of the day. I eat almonds, apple and peanut butter, baby carrots, boiled eggs or other healthy choices as snacks. I do not drink juices laden with sugar. I have increased my water consumption.

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I plan to continue going to the gym and make this a part of my regular routine. I also plan to sign up for the summer edition of the Total Transformation Challenge.
