My biggest challenge was the eating.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
Seeing my results, hearing others commenting and sleeping well at night motivated me to stay on course.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
My diet changed and I’m loving it! I eat mostly fish and vegetables. I have cut out carbs after 4 and drink 64ozs or more per day.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Be true to yourself! If you want the results, be commit to your workouts, find a workout buddy/group to keep you motivated and on point.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
Going forward I will have more energy to do more with my teenage daughter and toddler son, feel better about myself and have the hunger to workout instead of making excuses why I need to skip a workout.
