What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
Changing the way I eat. Also, an injury stopped me from working out for over a month.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
Just chasing short term goals of weight loss. Every time I hit the goal I would make a new smaller goal to achieve.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I cut out all breads and sodas except once a week.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Diet really is 3/4 of weight loss.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I am trying to get down to around 220 if possible. I believe that is a good goal to reach and stay within.
