My biggest challenge was the food trying to eat better What motivated you to stay on the course? Looking at the weight off of me is what motivated me to continue yes my diet changed Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes my diet changed in the way of what I needed to eat and when I needed to eat it and morning would be heavier lunch would be a little lighter and supper would be much lighter this way I could keep the weight off And First they have to know that they want to lose the weight second they need to know that they have to change the way they eat and stick to what they do and whether you lose her and I cannot give upteach myself how to eat to make myself feel better What advice could you give to others that want the same results? This experience for me has been awesome because it has taught me how to eat how to keep my body working hard to keep the weight off and one thing I know that I am not going to gain the weight back because I’m training myself every day on how to keep the weight off of my body |
