What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
Getting started that was the biggest challenge for me.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
My teammate she encouraged me to keep going when I didn't want to and also rami at the gym he talked to me about what to eat and that I could do I did it before and I could do it again.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
My diet did change a lot. A lot of foods that I was eating was with a lot of starch and carbs and the time's that I was eating them all if that changed when I started the challenge.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
TO just start do it don't keep putting it off and making excuses once you start you will be glad you did.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I'm going to keep going I'm not stopping here I have more to do and I fill so much better now that I have started this journey.
