If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes I did, ate veggies, fruits, protein, cut the carbs What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stay focus on your goals (weight lost, building up the body) How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I feel that I am more in control of myself, better self-image, and I’m happier. I am able to do things that I have not been able to in many years. Due to the exercise program you introduced me to.
