My biggest challenge was finding time to exercise due obligations with the extracurricular activities with my children. What motivated you to stay on the course? The weekly motivation and re-assurance that I got each week when I come to weigh in. Our Trainer and my teammates would tell me what a great job I'm doing. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes. I started doing weight watchers. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Don't quit. It’s not easy in the beginning. Continue with your workouts and do more challenges. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I plan to continue doing what I learned and keep the lifestyle changes that I have experienced and enjoyed over the last 3 months. |
