Improvement: 18 lbs. Weight Loss Time: 7 months Program: 2020 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? I have to say the pandemic! Not being able to use the wellness center. I went through major withdrawals! What motivated you to stay on the course? I refused to go back to my original weight of 205 pounds! So I kept up with my miles and exercised with what I had at home, my tube and knowledge of what Rami taught me; how to use my body weight; squats, lunges, arm lifts, wall sits, and sink push-ups along with stretching. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I stopped eating late. Had breakfast, heaviest meal for lunch and a light dinner. I eat healthier foods and cut back on junk. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Just stay true the cause. It can be discouraging but if you really want it you can achieve it. Find who can encourage you to keep going especially when you’re feeling hopeless. My suggestion, your Trainer! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I will never go backwards! I’ll either stay at my current weight of 179 pounds or lose more!! I am much happier with myself! My clothes fit so much better!! I never thought I would ever see lower 180’s much less 179!!! I FEEL GREAT!! |
