My greatest challenge during the Transformation was changing my eating pattern. All my life dinner was always the biggest meal of the day. Making it the smallest meant a change in cooking and eating habits.
The exercise portion of the program was something I was determined to succeed with and I was able to do the required amount of workouts and mileage almost every week.
I recommend the Transformation Challenge to anyone who would like to lose weight and become stronger. If a participant follows the program they will find that their level of strength increases. I hope to achieve more success during the new Transformation program and continue to practice the exercise and nutrition programs I am learning.
