Working full time as a nurse and going back to school, I struggled to find time to go to the gym. What motivated you to stay on the course? I wanted to take control over my health. So many times I prioritize work and school and leave no time to exercise. I wanted to challenge myself during these 12 weeks and I am glad that I did. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Definitely. The website provided easy to follow recipes to prepare healthy meals. I followed the recipes on the website and stopped eating out. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? I would stay try the challenge and see your life transform over 12 weeks, it is amazing on how strong and healthy the body becomes with proper exercise and diet. Make your health a priority just like any other things in your life, you won’t regret it. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Now I know what my body is capable of, I will continue to challenge myself, to stay strong and healthy. |
