One of my teammates would give me pep talks whenever I felt discouraged and wanted to stop. It was reassuring to know that they were there for me. Yes, my diet did change. I used to eat out daily for all three meals and then some. Now I do a lot more cooking myself and if I do go out to eat I make sure I pay attention to the sodium intake as well as my calorie intake. Stay motivated always. Mix up your routines. You don't have to live at the gym to lose weight. You just have to make minor changes in your routine. Become more active by walking around your neighborhood. Pay attention to what you are eating. I now know that I can lose weight without being in the gym 24/7 and that I will continue to do the things that I have learned during the TTC challenge to continue to lose weight. |
