Improvement: 18 lbs Weight Loss & 7% Reduction in Body Fat Time: 3 months Program: 2018 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? Finding time to get to the gym and get a good workout in can be more challenging than your workout itself. I just believed that there was not enough hours in the day to get to the gym. Daily I will do my morning walk but finding time to go to the gym was a difficult. What motivated you to stay on the course? I knew that I had to do something about the excess weight I was gaining and the only way to do it was to be consistent on whatever goal I set forth my goal was to go back to my original size. Starting out with the TTC program at our gym with the nutrition guide and physical training on a daily basis. I have seen where in just a week I'm having positive results I got so excited and decided I have to keep on this course because I’m not just losing the weight I feel more energized, my physical strength has improved and my nutritional knowledge has increased. My overall appearance has improved. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes I'm more consciously aware on what I'm supposed to eat. I am also aware that moderation was a key element in this journey. I limit my starches eat mostly vegetables meat and fish and little to no starch weekly and I keep myself hydrated. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stay on course it will take some time but with positive attitude you can achieve anything. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I will continue to stay on course it was worth it I love how I feel and I'm proud of me I will not go back to my old self I will make the time to continue eating healthy exercise and stay beautiful. |
