My biggest challenge was enduring the pain, at times I felt like I wanted to give up but I kept going and the pain got better. What motivated you to stay on the course? The program is very motivating and comprehensive, my energy level went sky high, I’m able to breathe better than before and I feel much better. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet totally changed with this challenge, first I increased my water intake drinking up to 8 bottles a day, I’ve been prepping my meals for the week and I don’t skip any meals at all. I now have no desire for fast food since I started this challenge and I feel this will be a lifestyle change for me. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? My advice to others that wants the same results is....”You get what you give” If you put in the hard work and effort, you will see some short-term results. A challenge should be utilized as a start to long term commitment to fitness. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This experience has created a lifestyle change for me moving forward I will continue to include fitness and health eating in my everyday routine. |
