My biggest challenge was myself and getting over my insecurities.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I was motivated to stay on course by the results I was seeing.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I added more protein to my diet.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
My advice to others is just give it a try. I didn’t think I could do any of the boot camps but I did. I also advise not to compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to how you looked and felt last week or month to now.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
This experience has shown me I can do more than I thought I could and that will keep me going.
