Improvement: 18 lbs Weight Loss / 3% Reduction of Body Fat Time: 3 months Program: 2013 Total Transformation Challenge My biggest challenge/obstacle was getting through the pain, but after Rami pushing me through the pain it was all worth it!! My teammates where huge motivators!! They never let me give up and it made me mentally/physically want to finish this challenge as a team. The change in my eating habits were hard and of course now that we’re near the end now I am getting use to the change. My goal is no more that 1200 calories a day. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack before leaving work and a small portioned dinner. The best advice I can give is don’t give up!! Your body goes through changes and sometimes takes longer than others. The weight doesn’t just fall off you defiantly have to work for it but it will all be worth it!! This experience is defiantly going to keep me going in the right direction and I am not going to stop just because the challenge will be over!! I just got warmed up!! |
