Here are my challenges: Commitment, self-confidence, and not being able to complete the challenge at the level required to achieve goal. What motivated you to stay on the course? I was motivated by my health, my family, and not being able to fit in old clothes. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes! I drink less coffee and dairy product. I exercise lots more. Eat low carbs and more salads. Weigh myself once a week and take photos of my progress every week. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Well, if you really want something in life that will benefit your health and happiness then just go for it and don't let anything or anyone stop you. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I plan on maintaining a positive eating habit and to continue the progress. |
