My biggest challenge was the weight was not coming off. I was doing the right things, but it wasn't working.
Rami encouraged me by telling me that it would eventually work. He asked how my clothes were fitting? He said that the weight would come off and he was correct.
I have been on a high protein diet. The only carbs I eat is the cereal in the morning and a slice of 40 calorie wheat bread for lunch. I eat fruit in the morning and after lunch. I do not drink soda. I only drink water. Dinner consists of chicken or fish, salad, and green vegetable.
Sometimes I have a diet Jello for dessert.
The advice that I would give others is not to give up. Follow the program. The exercise that helped me was riding the bike in the gym when it got too hot to do the mileage needed.
I intend to continue the program. When I get up in the morning I automatically get into my exercise clothes and go to the gym. It is a good way to start the day.
