The biggest challenge is timing and trying to fit a workout into my schedule. Sometimes overcoming the feeling of not wanting to go is a big obstacle, but I just play a good song on my phone and get ready to go to the gym; and honestly it feels great after a workout. What motivated you to stay on the course? What motivated me is the idea and feeling of staying healthy. I see what bad health does to the body every day, so if I can do my part and exercise and eat healthy I know I will live a healthy lifestyle. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet did change, eating healthy is a huge part of losing weight or trying to gain muscles. I eat more protein like chicken, eggs and I’m no touch of healthy food eater but I made different choices. I would add avocados or sea salt to salads and bake potatoes and carrots and add certain healthy seasonings like honey. Pinterest is a big help there are great healthy recipes on the app that are worth trying, even if you can’t cook like me. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? The best advice is you have to want to better yourself and make these lifestyle changes. if you don’t want it you won’t succeed. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I’m going to take this and live with it trying to get family members and friends to eat healthier and go and exercise. Living a healthy life will make you feel better and happier. |
