My Motivation To be healthier in mind and body and not to be a candidate for any and all ailments/syndromes caused by the effects of obesity and/or inactivity To look good and receive compliments, thereby creating more confidence in myself and my appearance. What about Diet? Eat, choose and monitor the right foods; especially select particular choices that will help me feel more satisfied and content Speak to others and learn from each other Avoid foods that cause overindulgence. My Advice to Others Wanting Similar Results Perseverance is the key word - Perseverance leads to success, which in turn, leads to personal gratification - Stay on track; it’s worth the sacrifice. How is this Experience Going to Affect you Going Forward? By continuing to “Pay Attention” to all things attributing to my success, such as exercise, diet, weighing in, working with a trainer, keeping motivated and by “Recognizing and Avoiding” any shortcomings or negativity affiliated with the reverse consequences. |
