What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
The biggest challenge/obstacle for me was that I had to wake up early in the morning to go exercise and to change my diet.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I learned how to incorporate more physical activity into my daily routine. I enjoy the way it makes me feel.

Yes my diet changed, I stop drinking soda and juice, I started to drink more water, and I also eat more fruits, vegetables and healthy food.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
The advice I would give them is to start their own challenge, eat healthy, eat fruits and vegetables. Stop drinking soda and juice. Drink more water and have a positive mind set.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I've finally learned how to live a truly healthy life. It will make me feel better and live longer.
