Eating habits and snacks What motivated you to stay on the course? The results and energy after 2 weeks were amazing. At the Wellness Center, we get a different routine each week I love it. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes it did ,I eat more proteins and vegetables, little carb most of the times, more water and tea. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Listen to our Trainer's advice, be patience and be consistent. keep pushing How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I am aware of what to eat and not, I am allowed to have a cheat day then get back on track. Wanting to snacks most of the time mean drink water and get busy. UPDATE: N. Janvier-Fils went on to lose an additional 7 pounds by the time I prepared this post. This brings her total weight loss since 06/01/22 to over 25 lbs and 5.5% reduction of body fat! She is planning to continue her amazing transformation with the Holidays Challenge. |
