When I started I thought I could never walk the miles, at the end I am up to 18 miles in a week. I have never been “active” and the prospect of me doing something active every week was a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once I started, I noticed that I feel actually good! #2 Honestly, I just wanted to look and feel good again. #3 Yes, my eating habits are not the same! I don't eat between meals, eat only healthy food no fats, no white bread, no cake, candy, etc. Definitely no carbs at night. #4 Go for it but remember what works for one person may not work for someone else, so be patient and keep on trying. #5 I joined this program again for the simplicity it offered me. No long logs to fill out, simple email instructions, and the freedom to choose when to do my miles. Once I am done, it’s really easy for me to simply continue the same “Transformation” lifestyle! |
