Improvement: 25 lbs Weight Loss Time: 3 months Program: 2017 Total Transformation Challenge - Summer Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? I have never been a member of a gym and all the machines were very intimidating at first. I have not exercised in over 20 years, I was not sure I was going to be able to do it. My experience been EWC has been great, everything was explained and I felt very encouraged by our Trainer and appreciate the time he spent with this newbie. What motivated you to stay on the course? Weight Loss. I have lost over 25lbs. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I have never a great dieter, but I took our Trainer’s advice, eat breakfast, large meal at lunch and small dinner and it worked really well for me. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Just start it. I have been saying for years I was going to join the EWC and I kept making excuses. Now that I have started and had such success I wish I had gone much sooner. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I am plan on continuing with the Gym and Diet, it works for me. I have had great success and I want to keep losing weight and building muscle. |
