What motivated you to stay on the course? Working out with others. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I did a 1200 calories diet and then adjusted to a 1800. I used prepared meals the averages 350-450 calories per meal. The food is made by Fuel for Fit, no added sugar and all natural. It helped me also when you’re exhausted you don’t want to cook good food. This is already made for me and prevents me from eating bad choices. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Do it with friends that hold you accountable. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I start my next challenge in a week. |
