My biggest challenge or obstacle was in week four having surgery then trying to regain
the strength I needed to complete this competition and place in the top 5.

I am a very competitive person and knowing this was a competition kept me in the right frame of mind as well as my fellow teammates who constantly encouraged me to stay focused and continue this transformation challenge even when I wanted to give up.

I did change my eating habits and joined Nutrisystem for 12 weeks to assist and aid in losing weight during this transformation.  As well diet, exercise became a very important part of my daily routine.

I would advise others to be positive, don't give up and start with small goals and as
they have been conquered to continue to make and meet new ones.

This has been a very positive experience and has encouraged me to set even higher goals
above this transformation. Now that I have completed and accomplished this goal, my next  goal is going to be the Loggerhead triathlon in August of this year.  I will continue to push myself to complete my next challenges.
