What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
Eating was the hard part. I could do all the running and lifting in the world. But the food is the big part.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I didn’t want to keep feeling bloated and big. I wanted to feel my clothes baggier and looser.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I had to start grilling and cooking my own food. I couldn’t eat out anymore due to the high salt content in a lot of food.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Keep at it and eat right. A break is okay if you need one, but make it short. Make sure you keep on track.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I have a regiment to uphold and that gives me stability in my life. I know it works and it will help me moving forward.
