Improvement: 10+ lbs Weight Loss Time: 3 months Program: 2015 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? Getting over the fear of failing and being intimidated. That first step is always the hardest. But once I started the gym became a place I wanted to go to. What motivated you to stay on the course? My Team Captain!! And Rami!! Also completing challenges even at the lower levels and then improving upon them really gives you the motivation to continue. The TTC is a great way to get started. My team mate and I will continue to work out even after the challenge. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I eat fairly well, so my diet didn’t change that much. I was just mindful of the fact that I had to weigh in every week! What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Try to partner up with someone. For me that made all the difference. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results immediately, try to stay consistent with your work outs and mix up your workouts so not to get bored. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? It’s really given me the motivation to continue to go to the gym. |
