Improvement: 50lbs Weight Loss Time: 3 months Program: 2013 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? My biggest challenge was staying the course. It’s easy to go back to what I was doing and got me to be overweight and feeling unhealthy. What motivated you to stay on the course? Being part of something! To have the support of the group helped me push forward and not quit. When you go to the EWC, you feel the support of everyone there and our Trainer does a great job at encouraging you to keep going. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed a pretty good amount. Before I really didn’t take any account of what I ate. Now I look at the nutritional value of everything I eat to make sure I making the healthiest decisions. I try to keep everything as clean (less processed) and natural as possible. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? It’s not going to be easy. It takes consistency and hard work. But with those two things it gets easier. Just create the habit and results WILL come. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Of course the experience will affecting me positively going forward. The Total Transformation Challenge has propelled me to a life where I now feel much healthier and better. There is no going back! |
