Finding time to go to the gym; choosing not to go home! What motivated you to stay on the course? Seeing the changes in my physique & feeling my body's response to the TTC. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes. No carbs after lunch. This was a huge challenge for me, but it has paid off. I've always eaten fairly well, however, I did learn to pay closer attention to my intake ( less sweets, hidden sugars, processed foods, etc.). What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Be consistent. Pack your workout clothes each night and put them in your car. Be patient with yourself! It will not happen instantaneously but your hard efforts will yield extraordinary results!!! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I will continue with my own version of the challenge. Will also participate in the upcoming TTC in September. Rami, thanks for your dedication, patience, & for truly caring about our well-being!! |
