What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was coming into to the gym for classes/workouts being that I live in Clewiston, which is 70 miles away.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I was motivated by my teammates; Erin, Jessica and of course the weight loss !
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes, I've been doing weight watchers since February 3rd.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
If I can do it, you can too. Don't quit.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I will keep up the momentum. Next challenge, here we come.
