My biggest challenge is on decreasing my bodyweight and choosing the healthiest food to eat. I love food and I like to eat a lot.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
To be honest, I am motivated to stay healthy and fit so I can have a serious relationship.

I did my diet. I subscribed Kachava for a healthy breakfast shake. I did't not eat rice in the evenings.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Enjoy the process and to be consistent is the key to reach goals.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I feel so happy of the results and this helps me to continue and see more beautiful results, to stay healthy life and to feel young forever.
