The biggest challenge for me during the 12 weeks is the driving force to wake up before 3 pm after working the night shift and going to the gym to join the LMR/BOOT CAMP classes. But as the weeks go by I realize that it is not really the time that hinders but rather having the mind set of having a goal to achieve for my own good that makes me eager to come. What motivated you to stay on the course? I tell myself that I have to change my ways and practices while I’m able to because I don’t want to be have diabetes or hypertension which can be prevented. I’ve seen my patients suffer or my Dad suffer to be spec ific go through debilitating conditions and I don’t want to go through the same road. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I now eat more protein, fruits and vegetables and cut on my portion of carbs and staying away from sweets and carbonated drinks. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Have the right mind set and continue to fight for clean and healthy living. And also think about your loved ones. You still want to enjoy them while you are able to. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Even the challenge is finished., I will try my best to do what I have started 3 months ago. It makes me feel good so I w ill continue.
