My biggest challenge and obstacle was making the time and staying dedicated to the challenge. What motivated you to stay on the course? My awesome partners motivated me and we motivated each other. We checked every day to see who was going to the New Wellness Center and encouraged one another to make time. Knowing what results I wanted also motivated me. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed. I wanted to eat healthier. I have stopped drinking soda and eating a lot of foods that I knew was not good for me. Less sugar, more vegetables. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? I would advise anyone who wants to see any results, you must stay focused. We all know exercise is a necessity in our life. Nothing changes if nothing changes. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I have decided to continue the gym experience after the challenge. I have seen a difference in my body image, I sleep better and I am not tired during the day. I have changed the eating habits for my husband and encouraged him to where now he has started an exercise routine. My whole outlook on life has changed. We are not getting any younger and we blessed with one body that we need to take care of. |
