Making time for myself and taking care of myself. I was always taking care of everyone else and their needs before my own. What motivated you to stay on the course? Seeing the weight start to come off and just feeling better in general not at tired and felt I was getting stronger Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes absolutely meal planning was a must for me so I would not give into just picking what was easy and available when I felt hungry or stressed. I now shop the perimeter of the supermarket and cook my meals so my snacks and meals are healthier choices. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Just start with a small change every week. Start walking, start meal planning, and just add a new thing every week so it is not overwhelming How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I will continue taking care of me and exercising and planning my meals until I reach my goal and hope to use these skills after for maintenance |
