What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was to make it to the Employee Wellness Center after a long day at work. There were times I did not want to come into the gym to exercise but I forced myself knowing how good I always felt after exercising.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
What motivated me to stay on the course was the constant attention and follow up I got at the Employee Wellness Center. The staff there helped me discover how to use my full potential and achieve the best result.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I also needed to make some changes in my diet. For example: have a better understanding of portion control, cut down on sweets, and eat breakfast as soon as I woke up.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
My advice to others is simply to set a goal and stay focused.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
This experience is going to affect my life in many ways such as better managing my stress, better control of my blood pressure and maintaining a healthy life.
