Improvement: Strength Improvements Time: 3 months Program: 2018 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? Eating habits and staying committed to making the time to exercise. What motivated you to stay on the course? Signed up to be a part of the Director’s total transformation team. This motived me to do more challenges above and beyond my regular exercise routine. I also started using a 5K Trainer app on my phone. The app helps to slowly build on your running distance. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Only 1 cup of coffee per day. NO SODA! Try to eat breakfast first thing in the morning. Avoid eating any later than 6pm. Have used Rami’s recommended meals two of my favorites are the egg muffins with spinach and eggplant pizza. There are many more interesting meals to try just need to make meal preparation more of priority. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stay to course! Make the time! Your physical and mental health is worth it!! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Always continue to exercise. Focus on improving eating habits. Use Rami’s meal plan recipes more often. My personal goal for the summer is to WIN the TTC! |
