Name:                         C. Farrell
Improvement:           Increase in strength
Time:                          3 months
Program:                   2015 Total Transformation Challenge

What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
Biggest challenge was trying to accomplish some of the challenges. Some of the challenges were a little much for me, so I had to focus on what I could do. I found out that if I set my mind to it, it could be accomplished. I did not want to be the “last man standing”.

What motivated you to stay on the course?
My motivation comes from feeling better than I did when I was in my 30’s. Of course, I would not have stayed if it wasn’t for the trainer. Rami motivates you, pushes you to be better, while cheering you on. If you try as challenge or fail he say,” you are working out”. But when you succeed on a challenge it is a “high five”.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
During this challenge I had a hard time controlling my diet. I was on a binge of anything sweet, but I got it together now, I think.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
My advice to others is to stick with the program. You will feel better, healthier and more energy and you will change the way you look. I always hated my arms, but now I am flexing.

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
Going forward I will continue to join the challenges. I love competition but I love the strength that I have gained over the past couple of challenges. It is really a good feeling to have others cheer you on, while at the same time trying to get their own points. I made it to the finalist and I am proud of myself!
