My biggest challenge was finding the time to get to the wellness center because i go from one job to another.
 
Rami was so inspirational in keeping me on track- his encouragement, advise, and support kept me on course.  Also, my teammates encouraged me to do my weekly Speedlines & weigh-ins & challenges.
 
My diet changed- I am doing weight- watcher's- it's all about portion-control & eating @
least 5 fruits & vegetables per day.
 
The advise I would give others is that you have to take it day by day.  Rome wasn't built
in a day!  Keep visualizing what you want to look like!
 
The experience was so positive, that I will continue with my diet changes, & continue with my exercises & Speedline because it really made the difference!
