Covid19 pandemic has brought this world to a standstill. The imposed lockdown worldwide has caused fitness centers to close their door which resulted in weight gain. Dedicating quality time to go to the gym during this pandemic was one of the biggest challenges I faced during this competition. In addition to working full time. What motivates me to stay on course? As I age I become more health conscious knowing that there are various illness and disease that affects us. It is my desire to remain healthy and joining this propgram was the first step to achieve this goal. I was motivated to stay on course because there are many beneficial reasons I get from exercising both physically and mentally. Getting the weekly update on my progress has pushed me to stay on the course. I started to see positive results with my overall performance both at work and home. I also develop an awareness in what I consume on a daily basis base on the guideline of my trainer. Advice I would give to someone that wants same results Find an exercise you enjoy doing and push yourself daily to stay on course you will never regret it. The Challenge is a good way to push yourself to do better plus you get encouragement from your trainer and other teammates on how to improve. With a set goal in mind every week you can achieve it in the end. How the experience affects me. I am very pleased with the outcome the experience was great. I will continue on this path. I am feeling renewed, revived and fabulous. |
