My biggest challenge/obstacle would be disciplining myself to push myself harder and harder to further achieve my goals for the week. I work out regularly but I do not push myself to Reach a higher level of performance.
My motivation to stay on the course first and foremost was not to be "the biggest loser" on our team. I did not want to be the reason our team did not qualify for 1st place. Another reason for staying on course was to see what I needed to do to push myself to the next level.
My diet did change slightly. Towards the middle of the challenge i really started to monitor my carb intake. Personally, I did feel a difference.
Personally, I do not have advice for others because I am still trying to figure things out for myself. However, I would always recommend taking advantage of this opportunity to
Challenge ones self with the guidance of a trainer.
This experience was great because I now know that I have a long way to go to achieve my goal. This experience has helped me lay out a foundation I can work from.
