Name: S. Signorelli
Improvement: 50 lbs. Weight Loss
Time: 3 months
Program: 2016 Total Transformation Challenge

What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
It took me a couple of weeks to get motivated to start eating right and to cut out all of the junk food that I should not be eating. Once I got on a good eating routine it got easier but was still hard to maintain. The harder part will be to maintain good eating habits once the challenge is over.

What motivated you to stay on the course?
For me the challenge itself was the motivator to keep coming to the gym and to improve every week from what I had done the last week.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I had a big time diet change. At the start of week 3 or 4 I cut out just about all simple carbs and sugar. I tried to maintain that throughout the challenge but I did cheat on the weekends. Being able to give myself a day or two off from very strict eating helped to make it through the challenge.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
I would say that staying focused and making goals every week for yourself really helped me. Also it was key to maintain good eating habits so that all the work that was put in at the gym could take effect.

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I hope that going forward I can maintain good eating habits and stay motivated at the gym with nearly 50lbs down I still want to hit my original goal of weighing in at 175-180lbs.

Bring on the next challenge.
